A variable speed motor (from 600 to 1200 rpm) provides speed consistency and allows changing the structure of the ground based on the best grinding conditions of each specific variety, significantly enhancing the aroma.
GREATER PRODUCTIVITY –
85mm titanium grinders with a special propeller provide a higher hourly production, ensure a consistent coffee pressure for the ideal density.
