Being Italian, I’ve always been immersed in a strong coffee culture and that has grown into a full blown passion over the years until I had to make it my life and share it with my fellow coffee lovers.
My love for coffee naturally carried me to exploring and learning as much as I could about the wonderful world of coffee and the journey has brought me so much more than I could ever imagine.
I’m passionate about ethically sourced and environmentally sustainable coffee growing, as well as processing technics for roasting and blending.
I’m dedicated to the pursuit of finding and providing the best coffee, the best accessories and the best coffee machines to my clients and coffee companions…home brewers and businesses alike.
Helping new and established coffee bars with bespoke services on initial setup, training and ongoing technical support is also very important to me…and always very exciting.
